Yes you can post pics here! Use the image gallery (link near the top of the page), register on the image gallery and upload your pics there, once uploaded and in the gallery you click on the pic which will bring a popup of the pic, once the popup of the pic is up right click the pic and copy the address. Come back here to make a post and paste the address into the img tags like this,

Once that is done the pic will show up in your post. Pretty simple!
